At Mindful Moments, I specialize in supporting children and young adults through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of growing up with confidence and resilience.

Individual Therapy

Individual sessions offer a personalized, one-on-one approach to therapy, focusing on building emotional well-being and happiness. In a safe and supportive space, we will explore emotions, address challenges, and develop healthy coping strategies. With the guidance of a skilled therapist, these sessions help children and young adults build confidence, increase coping skills and improve mental-wellbeing.
